About Shpend
I'm a passionate and driven tutor based in East London with a background in Primary Education with multiple placements in different school settings. I also have experience as a youth worker and sports coach for ages 14-18. Working directly with young people of varying ages and backgrounds has given me a strong understanding of how kids learn, what holds them back, and how to build their confidence.
I bring energy, patience and a modern approach to every session - my goal is for students to actually enjoy learning, not just get through it. I'm fully committed to providing a safe, professional and results-driven tutoring experience.

I tutor students in Years 6–10 across Maths, English and core subjects, with a modern approach that incorporates technology to make learning stick. Sessions are one hour, structured but relaxed, tailored to each student's needs. I studied Primary Education at university and have hands-on experience working with children across different ages and learning styles. My focus is building genuine understanding and confidence, not just cramming for exams.
