About Elżbieta
deeply believe there is some good in this world. And in all of us.
But we all struggle and need help of others. Sometimes it’s even harder to reach for it than to persist.
That is why I am coming to you with open heart and acceptance so you can develop and explore this part of you which needs to be heard.
I am here for you.
Over 300 hours in yoga world with up to 10 students in my every class. (I keep it small to give you better connection and attention on the group)

Yoga is not only asanas. It is the whole other world about becoming in harmony with the universe. And surviving on this planet is a challenge every day.
With me you can explore your inner soul, you can see what is hidden and reach what you deeply want.
My classes are approx. 1-1.5h
We cover some philosophy topic, 5-7min meditation, then I teach you some pranayama/qi gong/ well-being task for your own practice and use in daily life and finally a 30min asana sequence with 10-15 min of relaxation at the end.
Everything is adapted to your own needs.
