About Isabella
I have spent eight years teaching biology, working with 350 students from nervous beginners to confident exam candidates. My background combines formal science training with a genuine enthusiasm for making biology feel like a connected story rather than a list of facts. I am warm and encouraging, and I take pride in helping students who assumed science was simply not for them. Many students tell me biology finally makes sense once they see how the systems fit together. Watching that shift happen is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

I connect every biology topic to a real system the student can picture, whether that is the human body or a local ecosystem, since concrete images stick far better than isolated terminology. Diagrams are drawn together during lessons rather than simply shown, since the act of building a diagram improves retention. Practice questions follow immediately after each concept, keeping the gap between learning and testing as short as possible. I review homework at the start of every session so misunderstandings never quietly pile up. Past paper practice increases gradually as the exam date approaches, building comfort with timing rather than causing early stress.
