About Ryan
I have tutored a large number of students for Kumon. I started as a student for Kumon myself but after my GCSE exams finished the manager asked me to become a tutor. I feel that with my help the students gained a better understanding of the topic and became more confident.

Hi! I'm an engineering student teaching mathematics at a year 9 level and lower. When I teach I prefer to do an example first so you can understand the topic better. Don't worry, I'm not like those teachers that's gives really easy examples then makes you do stupidly hard questions. I believe that the simplest aspects should be understood before we move onto the hard stuff. Whatever work you want to do will be entirely up to you, whether it's past papers, homework, or maybe learning one of those cheesy songs to help memorise a maths rule (please don't make me do that last one) I'll be happy to help with whatever you need. And it doesn't matter how many questions you ask, as long as you have a good understanding by the time I walk out the door.
