I am a first year chemical engineering student at the University of Manchester and I am looking to give lessons to both GCSE and A-Level students.
Having gone through the same education and with the stress of A-level exams quite fresh in my mind i understand what exactly students need to know to obtain their dream grade.
My method of teaching aims to cover all the most important points assessed in the exams and helping students understand the proper approach to specific questions and revision in general.
I have previously taught students through volunteering at my school. This involved teaching several small groups over a few weeks to a few months. I believe my lessons were able to help them as there was a noticeable increase in grades with a few of them even jumping a few grades. While teaching I aim to not only help the student understand the subject but also instil a love of the the subject in them.
