I am an aspiring Engineer from IIESTS and I've been tutoring middle school students for two years now. My score in PCMB has always been more than 90% and I've also earned medals in Olympiads, SpellBees and Math competitions/ challenges.

I usually prefer teaching in person but I strongly recommend online mode in these times.
Studying isn't fun and parents need to understand that; they focus way too much on academics and way too less on personality development which affects the kid in the long run. I believe in effective teaching, where the kid actually takes something from the class, where she/he actually wants to know more about the subject because she/he's genuinely interested. Mugging up is easy but having a grasp on the concepts is essential.
When they are learning things in less time, understanding the concepts well and are confident, they'll do well in all fields.
