About Jonty
During my A-levels I tutored many secondary school kids in maths and science. This helped a number of struggling pupils to achieve a pass grade - particularly in maths which is compulsory. I believe anyone can learn anything and that the teacher is the most important aspect.

I have a Masters in Engineering and an interesting approach to teaching Maths and the Sciences. Since they can be alien to many young people being first introduced, I aim to provide real life alternative examples to complex topics. I believe teaching in this way provides a deeper understanding, which is far more important than learning to pass an exam!
