About Lakshmipriya

I'm Lakshmipriya, an English communication educator with four years of teaching experience across online learning platforms and private classes. Through my teaching journey, I've worked with students with different learning needs, personalities and communication levels.

I created **The SpeakingSpace** with a vision that goes beyond teaching English. I believe every child deserves the confidence to express their thoughts, share their ideas, participate in conversations and communicate effectively in everyday life.

My approach focuses on helping children and teens move from *knowing English to using it confidently*. I want students to become not just better speakers, but also thoughtful listeners, creative thinkers and effective communicators who can express themselves in different situations.

About the lesson

Does your child know English but struggle to express their thoughts confidently?

Many children learn English at school but still hesitate to speak, struggle to organize their thoughts, find it difficult to express their opinions, or feel nervous speaking in front of others.

I help children and teens develop the confidence, clarity and skills to express themselves naturally — in conversations, presentations, group discussions and everyday life.

What will your child learn?

My structured program develops seven essential skills:

1. Confidence & Self-Expression – Speak up, share ideas and express opinions confidently.
2. Conversation & Listening – Hold meaningful conversations and listen actively.
3. Language & Expression – Improve vocabulary, grammar and sentence formation.
4. Storytelling & Creativity – Organize ideas and bring stories to life.
5. Public Speaking & Presentation – Speak clearly and present ideas with confidence.
6. Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving – Think independently, analyze situations and communicate solutions.
7. Leadership & Collaboration – Work with others, participate in discussions and communicate effectively.

How do the classes work?

The child learn through guided speaking practice, conversations, storytelling, games, presentations, creative challenges and real-life communication tasks.

Every child is assessed and guided according to their current level, with opportunities to practice, improve and track their progress.
