About Akinkunmi
I am currently a student of Literary and Textual Studies and graduate research assistant at Bowling Green State University, Ohio. I had my Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from University of Ibadan, Nigeria. I graduate with Second-Class Upper and the as finalist of the year honor. I have taught literary theories, text interpretation and criticism at the different levels of English studies, including colleges and at undergraduate level. I have written an appreciable number of literary y essays and critical review in print and digital journals.

Text interpretation and text criticism are delightful, if engaged with the right approach. My approach is to let students understand the social and historical contexts that produce a certain text. By so doing, I will have triggered their curiosity as the text will be seen as a window through which they can peep into the world of the writer.
