About Emma
I am a hard working, honest and enthusiastic University student who is in their second year of an English Literature Degree. I am planning to pursue a career as a teacher and I am always willing to learn new skills. I am polite, punctual and self motivated individual who prides themselves on producing the best work possible. I am able to take instructions from all levels and tackle tasks efficiently even under high pressure situations.
I have published a poetry book at the age of 20 and thoroughly enjoy the creative and technical aspects of the English language. As a University Student, I have obtained numerous skills such as being able to perform in-depth analysis, online searches from reliable sources, and I am able to identify audiences and structure the text so that it reaches its full potential. I understand the importance of deadlines, and I am able to complete drafting, proofreading, and a revision of the text by the needed deadline. Furthermore, I pay close attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation as well as being able to provide a unique writing style that encpsulates my strong vocabulary.

My teaching method is adaptable as I am aware every child is unique and learn at varying paces, I am able to construct individual lessons to best suit a student's needs. I have experience as a nanny as well as an extensive work experience in academic settings that have instilled in me the importance of a free flow learning environment, that encourages independence while guiding the student to achieve their very best.
