My teaching approach for Mathematics is built on communication, empathy, collaboration, and integrity. Empathy plays a key role in my approach—recognizing that every student has their own challenges with Math. I make sure to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, helping them build confidence and reduce anxiety around the subject. Collaboration is at the heart of my lessons. I work closely with students, guiding them through problem-solving and encouraging active participation. Together, we tackle exercises and assignments, making sure each concept is well understood. With integrity, I provide honest feedback and set realistic goals, ensuring students not only improve academically but also gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of Math and its real-life applications.
