Hello, I'm Johny, a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher with eight years of experience guiding students on their transformative yoga journeys. With a consistent practice of teaching eight times a week, I've refined my expertise in crafting classes that cater to diverse needs and levels. As a seasoned educator, I've had the privilege of leading yoga teacher training programs, empowering over 100 aspiring instructors to share their love for yoga with others. Being part of a vibrant and supportive community fuels my passion for yoga and fitness. Personally, I prioritize my own well-being, practicing yoga and working out 5-6 days a week.
