Hi, I'm Jeremy Jiang. I am currently a computer engineering student at the University of Central Florida. I enjoy skateboarding, snowboarding, reading novels, gaming, and hanging out with friends in my free time. I've always loved helping others with math. As a tutor, my teaching approach revolves around personalized, adaptive, and engaging learning experiences. I understand that every learner is unique, so I tailor my teaching method to suit individual learning styles and preferences. I focus on fostering a deep understanding of the subject matter rather than rote memorization.
Typical Lesson Plan: I will first introduce the topic and give an overview on it. I will give a lesson on it starting from the fundamentals. I will give problems to work on for the student to get some hands-on experience to use what they have learned. We will review the key points and address any doubts or misconceptions. I might assign homework or tasks to reinforce learning. In the next session, we review the assignments and assess the student's grasp of the topic.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to adapt to diverse learners. I can explain complex concepts in simple terms without oversimplifying, making the material accessible to all.
My lessons are designed for a wide audience, including:
Elementary, Middle, High School and College Students: I can assist with a variety of math subjects typically taught at these levels. I can also assist with test prep math such as ACT, SAT, etc.
