About Shruti
I have been a practicing dentist from Manipal University, who did her MBA in health and management and is currently working as a research analyst in a medtech advisory firm. Teaching was a childhood passion, which i realized later in life, but never followed, except for instances in dental graduation, when I would sit with my friends and prepare ourselves for viva-voce. But having pursued a diverse career in health, i now intend to share my knowledge.

I have varied experience right from a practicing dentist to being an MBA graduate in the field of health, and so i understand the practical aspects of the side. I prefer a two-way communication, where my students and I would learn from each other. Understanding the concepts is more important than simply mugging up the lessons, as that is what is ultimately remembered throughout the life. But, not everything could be concept based, so I prefer teaching mneumonic in that case, that can be easily recalled.
