About Zach
Hello, I am Zach and I have been tutoring for over four years and have taught over fifty students across London. I specialise in English tuition and preparation for competitive schools, having tutored students who have successfully got into sought after schools such as King’s College School Wimbledon, Godolphin and Latymer and Alleyn's School. Therefore I understand the demands of high-achieving schools and the selective process. My Classics degree from UCL and achieving full marks in my English Literature A Level serve as evidence of my essay-writing expertise.

I strive to help all my students reach their full potential, working closely alongside them to help them achieve their dream grades whilst also providing a place where parents can discuss any academic concerns that they may have. I understand that every child is different and so each individual’s needs are taken into account when I plan and deliver my lessons in an approachable manner.
What you can expect from me:
- An initial, free consultation session. This is for me to gauge the student’s strengths and weaknesses and to discuss what the parent hopes to get out of the sessions.
- A tailor-made programme specific to your child.
- Feedback given to the parent after each lesson.
- Weekly homework to revise relevant concepts. Feedback and marks are given in the following lesson.
- Advice on exam technique and how to revise efficiently and effectively. I aim to simplify the exam process for both student and parent.
- On-going assessment and end of term mock exams to monitor progress.
