About Jessica
I've been teaching yoga for almost 10 years and I'm still continuously learning and exploring what this practice has to offer myself and my students. I hold a 500-HR RYT certification from Sonic Yoga in NYC. I'm a martial artist of almost 20 years and also compete. I have experience working with many different people from all backgrounds and fitness levels. Whether you're an athlete looking for physical healing/cross training or just someone wanting to explore meditation and breathing techniques, I can help you understand that with a regular yoga practice there is potential liberation from much of what ails us.
