About Maithili
Hello! I'm a passionate and dedicated math tutor with over a decade of experience helping students succeed. With a BTech in Electronics & Communication, a convent school education, and a strong ICSE academic foundation, I bring both subject expertise and empathy to every class. I’ve worked in top multinational companies, but my true calling has always been teaching. Since 2012, I’ve been guiding students from Classes 5 to 10, across ICSE and CBSE boards, through the challenges of math with clarity, patience, and care. Parents and students appreciate my approachable style, structured lessons, and the confidence I help build in learners. I treat every student as unique and strive to create a learning environment where they feel safe to ask questions and grow at their own pace. Teaching Style
As a convent-educated tutor, I emphasize clarity, discipline, and a strong command of language in my teaching. I make math simple and relatable using real-life examples and step-by-step explanations. My goal is to help students understand core concepts deeply, not just memorize formulas. I focus on building a strong foundation through regular revision, practice, and clear feedback. Sessions are interactive, paced to suit each student’s needs, and designed to boost confidence.
Class Format
Each class begins with a short recap of the previous topic, followed by a focused explanation of the new concept with examples. Students then attempt problems with guidance, and I clarify doubts as they arise. We wrap up with a summary and light, targeted homework to reinforce learning.
Why Me
With 12+ years of experience teaching mathematics, a BTech in Electronics & Communication, a convent education, and a strong ICSE background, I bring clarity, patience, and structure to every session.
