About Cleo
With 8 years of teaching experience, I’ve helped students across different grades rediscover their confidence in mathematics. My maths lessons are designed to make complex concepts simple, logical, and enjoyable. I begin each session by identifying a student’s learning style and adjusting explanations accordingly — whether through visualization, pattern recognition, or stepwise reasoning. This helps students understand why formulas work, not just how to use them.
I encourage interactive learning through problem-solving sessions, guided exercises, and collaborative discussions. Students are taught to explain their reasoning, helping them build mathematical confidence and communication skills. From algebra to geometry, I focus on understanding core principles before tackling advanced challenges.
As exam time approaches, I train students to manage time effectively, approach questions strategically, and avoid common mistakes. My ultimate goal is to help learners see mathematics not as a subject to fear, but as a tool for logical thinking and creative problem-solving.
