I am a Practicing MBBS, MD, DNB Community Medicine(Public health Specialist) Doctor with keen interest in teaching.Have sound knowledge of nutrition and dietetics currently taking classes up to Master's level students.I am a multitasking woman managing home and work with dedication and using various time management techniques.I am experienced at weight management, Diet during specific illness like Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Baby and kids' nutritious and healthy recipes.
I am experienced at individual level diet counselling as well as conducting Public speaking sessions.
Being a Doctor, I have in depth knowledge of scientific relation between various disease and lifestyle and can guide individual/group/company regarding lifestyle modifications to prevent and treat diseases.
I can also help students understand concepts of Public Health/Community Medicine/Family Medicine/ PSM in easy and interesting way.
