About Elizabeth
I am an experienced HR professional, entrepreneur and trained facilitator with a background in human resources, business development, leadership, events, manufacturing and wellness initiatives.
Throughout my career, I have built businesses, supported people and teams, facilitated meaningful conversations and helped others work through change. I also understand professional transition personally, having navigated business setbacks, burnout, changing roles and the question of what comes next.
My facilitation training includes Elijah House and Family Foundations International, and I have experience working with habits-based assessments and career reports. I am also the founder of Facing Monday, a personal and leadership transformation company.
I bring maturity, practical business experience and genuine understanding to every session. My style is warm, thoughtful and structured. I listen carefully, ask purposeful questions and help people recognise their own strengths, possibilities and next steps—without prescribing answers or making decisions for them.

These guided, one-to-one reflective sessions are for adults who feel stuck, uncertain or ready to consider their next personal or professional chapter.
I use thoughtful questions, structured reflection and practical exercises to help you understand your current situation, recognise your strengths and experience, explore realistic options and determine your own next step. I will not make decisions for you or tell you what your future should look like. My role is to create a supportive, focused space in which you can think clearly and find your own answers.
A typical session begins with the question or decision you are facing. Together, we explore what matters, what may be keeping you stuck, the options available and the smallest practical step you can take next.
Sessions are conducted in English and are particularly suited to adults navigating career change, returning to work, burnout, identity shifts or a new season of life.
