About Gaurav
I am a 4th year undergraduate student of VNIT Nagpur college (NIT Nagpur). I have been the President of Yoga Club for 2 years in VNIT, and till now have represented my college at national level championship for Yoga twice. I have the spirit of teaching, and since Yoga is my major interest, I want to share the advantages of that with everyone. Meditation, Yog-nidra, Yog-asana, Kriya, all of these will be taught in the class, with an effective way of learning.
