About Zoe
Hello, Hola, Aloha, Ciao, Hi, Alo!
Here you can find classes to guide you trough your cooking journey while exploring the vibrant cuisine from Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and beyond.
With over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, and with a degree in Culinary Arts and a certified Serv-Safe Instructor, I’ve worked in restaurants from Puerto Rico and New York to Madrid, Spain and now Baltimore, MD. My passion for travel and culture has helped me created an arsenal of recipes that reflect my love for Puerto Rican native food folklore and world cuisine.
For me the kitchen and table are the center of gathering no matter what part of the world you are. There’s always something cooking to bring people toghether and the kitchen is always the place to be.
Here I wan to share with you that kitchen culture in dishes you can make and taste to feel connected with family, heritage and food.
I have a degree in Culinary Arts from a College in Puerto Rico and over 15 years in the industry of food and beverage. I am a trained and current ServSafe Instructor. I am currently teaching at a local recreational cooking school.
