First and foremost the goal is to see where they are as far as the level of their abilities. then i want to get an idea how far they are looking to improve and take it serious. From there we build a plan that will get them to that goal on a weekly basis and measure their improvement each week. there will also be a take home assignment component that will keep the learning process going far after our weekly sessions.
