About Christopher
I play 7 instruments (clarinet, saxophone, guitar, electric bass, piano/keyboard, drums, ukulele. I'll leave the list at 7, because various percussion instruments and novelty instruments, such as kalimba, recorder, or melodica shouldn't count, nor should mandolin, which I learned in a week out of necessity at my old job at the Academy of Language and Music Arts in Orinda, because I need a day or two to relearn it. I'd still be working there if it wasn't for Covid-19 squelching my business), and I also sing. I've performed many gigs in cover bands as a vocalist, mostly 4 hours long, while playing bass, guitar, or keyboard. I've played keyboard and saxophone, keyboard and bass, and even keyboard and bass while singing simultaneously in real time on stage. One time I played four instruments and background vocals in one song. I'm a classically trained clarinet player, music theory geek, and I have perfect pitch (so not only can I read music, but I can sing it back to you accurately on site). I have experience as a private music tutor/teacher working with students anywhere between the ages of 4 to 65. I've written an EDM album, a political folk album, and a rap album. Anything musical isn't considered work to me. But I'd rather not pay this site to find students so I'd prefer that you please call or text. You can also email me, but I'm much more prompt with response time if you call or text.

$1 per minute, Plus anywhere between $5 and $20 for travel costs/time. The travel fee would only get up to $20 if there's a toll bridge and/or if it's far enough to justify the amount of $20. Not looking to travel that far without my own car at this point, anyway
