About Rick
as a Principal/lead engineer I have been teaching, tutoring, and mentoring junior and senior engineers
I have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, have been working in the subsea engineeering field for more than 25years applying general concepts in math and physics. I have tutored students while in college, and trained junior engineers in the work place.

Dont despair, help is out there. Mathematics and Physics can be:
1. dry and boring subjects, and genearlly a turn-off for non-technically minded students,
2. rewarding and fun
