About Kyle
I'm a professor of biomedical engineering from Reykjavík, Iceland who's looking to make a difference in my new community!
If you're looking for some help with anything mathematical, I'm here to help. With over 7 years of higher-education teaching experience across a multitude of scientific subjects, there's nothing quantitative I can't help you with!
I began my teaching career back in my undergraduate in Nuclear Engineering and Medical Physics at UW-Madison, where I taught a project-based introduction to engineering course. My experience with these students served as foundational motivation for my eventual career as a professor!
I have 7+ years of university and graduate-level teaching experience at four universities across three countries:

I always work directly with my students to find the optimum personal learning strategy that will work for them. We all learn differently, and there's nothing more important than finding out what works for each of us!
I have taught students from high school age up to doctoral candidates, but my main expertise is situated at the university undergraduate-level. I have worked with all types of students - from those wishing to delve deeper into what they have already learned, to those struggling mightily with their workload. I'm here to help, however I can!

My pricing depends on the material level and nature of the work (I can organize anything from private tutoring sessions to prepared individual lectures or quantitative research consultation). My base rates are as follows:
High-School Level: $30 /hour
University Level: $60 /hour
Graduate Level: $90 /hour
Research Consultation: $90 /hour
