About Ivan
Thousands of hours of studying variours combat sports and martial arts are at your service. There are huge differences between combat sports and real life-threatening scenarios, point sparring with gear and bare handed, full contact encounters. Powered with my technical and practical experience in Self Defense/Martial Arts as well as huge attention to right details, a student with an open mind, strong focus and a will to learn can easily establish basics and quickly obtain striking skillset. One's life cannot be at other one's mercy!
I am a lifelong martial arts practitioner/instuctor with over 3 decades in martial arts world. I grew up in Eastern Europe, where when I was 6yo I started with Judo training and got hooked to the combat sport. I studied boxing, kick boxing, taekwondo (WTF - full contact), Kyokushinkai karate and I am very familiar with variety of other Martial Art techniques. As a Taekwondo and Kyokushinkai karate technical instructor, I believe that the most important first step in entering Self Defense/Martial Arts world is - finding a good instructor!
