About Paul
I am a professional civil engineer. I work for a construction consultancy company as part of the infrastructure team that designs and builds roads, houses, bridges, water treatment facilities and so much more. I use maths every day and I am very excited to pass on my knowledge to anyone who may need help.

A focus on exam board syllabus and exam preparation. Slow and methodical approach to problem solving, structured lessons with detailed understanding around mathematical concepts followed by worked example questions and past paper questions. I have several years' experience tutoring students of all ages with a track record of improving grades and mathematical understanding. I have experience working with pupils of all ages from a variety of backgrounds and capabilities during my time with the Queens University Homework Club and I regularly volunteer with STEM NI offering my services to schools whenever they may need some extra support. I love what I do for a living and I am keen to encourage students to pursue a career in engineering. *DBS Enhanced Check can be provided upon request* Typical lesson length is between 1-2hrs.
