I believe the best way to learn is through understanding, memorization is also key but it is not the only factor. I try to make the process of learning a simple and enjoyable one. However some concepts can be harder to grasp than others. For this reason I tend to favor, what I call, the IED RDP* Method to teaching maths: Identify, Explain, Demonstrate, Replicate, Deviate, Perfect.
I will create a lesson plan based on your child's curiculum and work with them to find what methods help them to comprehend their work better. I will create worksheets and questions aimed at helping your child to progress throughout work and even surpass it.
Personal approach - Believe that tutoring should not be the same as school-based learning. I do my best to get to know students and cater my approach to individuals. Tackling issues with learning - Most pupils want/need tutoring because they dislike Maths or they believe they couldn't ever be good at it. I always start with this Maths Anxiety.
I am a recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering with an experienced background in Mathematics. I would start a lesson by talking through the theory of whatever the topic is, providing worked examples so that a student can see first hand how it is used and how to complete it, then questions will be provided for the students to answer, and assistance will be provided if necessary.
I have been a good student and then a good teacher at a reputed institute in India. I am a product of reputed IITK. I have clarity so you will have clarity as simple as it can be.
Economics with finance graduate that has achieved A in both mathematics and business studies at A Level. You ask me questions and i give detailed answers with a step by step instruction as to how it can be achieved.
I am a sixth form student who achieved an A* in both maths and further maths GCSE and after completing the whole 2 year A Level course in just my lower sixth year at school (results pending but predicted A*) will study further maths in upper sixth before completing a maths degree at uni.
I offer lessons to primary, secondary and GCSE level Mathematics and Further Maths Students. I can explain, in depth, a range of subjects. If there is something you don't know, I will teach you. Don't be afraid to ask questions, in fact, I welcome questions. The more you ask, the more you learn, and the better my teaching skills become. I am enthusiastic and excited to teach and also to learn.
My name is Pradeep sharma and i am from Noida. I have completed my B.Sc. From Math and physics. I am working in online education academy as senior maths teacher. I have some easy and best teaching techniques .

Please note that every student is different and this is only a guide to how I teach. My teaching style is highly adaptable for each individuals needs. My lessons tend to be broken down into 3 sections allowing the student to slowly build their knowledge and understanding of each topic.
My teaching method is very much dependent on the student. I find some students just need the confidence when completing problems and so here many example questions can be attempted and the student will have a safe space to ask those 'silly' questions, while others need more help conceptually.
As a tutor I would check in with the student(s) to find out what they would like to focus on. I will check what they are confident in and build from there. I am a very patient person and emphatic that not everyone picks up everything as the same pace so I would personalise the lesson to the individual(s).
My teaching method is explanation, examples and practice.
I would like to tutor people doing mathematics at AS level or below. My teaching techniques involve patience and understanding of the pupil's strengths and weaknesses within the subject and teaching the student in a tailored personal way. I believe in teaching through different methods to each student as each person is different and to learn efficiently requires different approaches.
I am a QUB maths student currently sitting on a First. At the moment I am studying mostly Quantum Mechanics but I have in the past studied a combination of pure and applied maths and statistics. In school I achieved A*s in GCSE Maths and Additional Maths (now called Further Maths), and A*, B in Maths and Further Maths at A-level respectively.
Every learner is an individual. I tailor my sessions to the needs and abilities of the individual student to ensure that they achieve their full potential. When taking on a new student to tutor I ensure that I understand their abilities and where their strengths and weaknesses lie and together we set realistic goals.
Hey everyone! My name is Connie and I am a Product Design Engineering student in QUB. I am a keen mathematician and have previously achieved 2A*'s in GCSE Maths and Further Maths and A in A Level I have been tutoring now for 2 years with students ranging from Primary School transfer test up to A Level Standard with great results.
I try to ensure each student has a thorough knowledge and understanding of each topic before moving onto examples and PPQs to show what is typically asked on a test/exam. It is vital that each student can not only read the question correctly but understand what is being asked and what has to be done.
I don't just teach them the formula for a certain question but I teach them the maths behind it and why it works so that they cna answer a range of questions and greatly improve their understanding. I would aim to tackle their problem areas first and then develop their understanding in all areas.
My approach is to really help students understand mathematics, using when needed, visual diagrams and showing proofs to fully explain each step of working.
I find that different teaching methods benefit different stuents long term, as some will much prefer lessons grounded in repetition whereas others, particularly those who struggle to focus, might find different activities/games a more beneficial tactic.
At first, I love to draw the attention with something funny and original, something that will stay in the student's mind for some time (at least). Then, I give emphasis on understanding what are the weak points of each student, and thereafter I focus on strengthening them.
I value flexibility and effort above all things and so am very open to adapting my teaching method to suit a students needs or desires. That said, in my experience, the best way to learn math is to do lots and lots of math, so students should expect most lessons to contain a lot of worked examples and practice questions.
I feel the best way to teach maths is by repetition. this is because understanding the topic is the key to succeeding in it, and the best way to do this is to use the material to prepare, and practice.
For maths and physics, Questions and examples are your best friend. I explain a method to my students and talk them through how I would approach a question, then ask them to do the same for me.
My teaching method is especially giving lessons to the indiviual students and sometimes in groups near the exam time to give more attention to all the students and check them by taking exams in groups so that they don't feel hesitation in the final exam as they have already given exams in groups. So there would be no pressure of anything.
Throughout my time at university, I came to understand that I retained the subject matter more efficiently when my lecturers took in to consideration the needs of their students. They encouraged my classmates and me to ask questions. This is how we learn. I would like my students to do the same. Ask as many questions as you like.
According to me clearing topics or goal of subjects to student is very important . First tell students what we are going to learn and then explain concepts , basics of that subject. Explaining with examples is very important to clear doubts. I like questioning students to check his/her understanding of subjects. I believe in dedication and teaching them with kindness.
I have done masters in computer application .I have teaching experience for more than 5 years . used to teach mathematics physics, chemistry n all subject related to computer science. I used to clear doubt of my students first and then only allowed.
