About Zara
I am currently working as an area manager for a group of children's nurseries. I have a DBS check and various childcare qualifications. Due to my extensive childcare training I am able to adapt my style of teaching to the needs of every child. I specialise in Maths and English for under 10's. Verbal and non-verbal reasoning is also something that I have lots of experience with. I am able to work with children who are struggling with handwriting, creative story writing or whatever is thrown at me. Due to my lessons several of my students passed their entrance exams into their desired schools. I am able to get the attention of those who are not keen to learn. I have learning games and fun ideas to engage these individuals without them realising that they are working.

I have been tutoring for the last 8 years for local families. I am most effective working with under 10's, due to my extensive childcare experience. I am able to engage children in my lessons and adapt each learning opportunity for their individual needs. I have great results from my current and previous students and have a passion in helping children to achieve. I am able to work with children who are struggling with handwriting, creative story writing or whatever is thrown at me.
