About Esfir
Hi! I’m Esfir — a cooking tutor who loves helping kids feel confident and curious in the kitchen. As an autistic person from an autistic family, I grew up in an environment where routines, sensory needs, and individual comfort levels were part of everyday life. Because of that, I bring a very natural, intuitive understanding of neurodiverse learners — especially picky eaters, selective eaters, and kids who may need a gentler, more flexible approach to food. In my sessions, I focus on creating a calm, predictable space where children can explore ingredients at their own pace. We break things into simple steps, celebrate small wins, and keep everything pressure-free so kids can build a positive connection with food. I love watching students go from hesitant to proud as they mix, taste, and create something they’re excited about. If you’re looking for someone patient, upbeat, and deeply familiar with supporting neurodiverse children in the kitchen, I’d love to work with your family. Hi! I’m Esfir, and I help picky eaters explore food in a positive, low-pressure way through simple cooking and baking activities. My sessions focus on sparking curiosity, building comfort in the kitchen, and making new foods feel less intimidating.
I create a relaxed, encouraging environment where kids can experiment at their own pace — smelling, touching, mixing, and decorating while feeling completely supported. We celebrate small steps and keep the experience fun, sensory-friendly, and tailored to each child’s personality.
