I am a yoga instructor for more than 13 years,also I worked at daycare as educator some years ago.I certified by Hatha yoga,Yin Yoga,Postnatal yoga ,kids yoga and Anti gravity yoga.I had administration bachelor degree and early childhood education certification.

My teaching methodology :encourage the students to follow their body’s need,to respect their limits and listen to the body.I give them the options always to help the students to build the confidence and passion.Sometimes I help them to discover the deeper feeling and sensation of the body parts by creative postures,humorous explanation and individual care.
