I am a passionate and creative 24yr old yoga enthusiast with a strong desire to continue learning and sharing the discipline. Dynamic, fluid classes about 1h 15minutes long that incorporate breathwork, meditation and strong asana practice. My classes are generally theme–based, I like getting familiar with the philosophical concepts as well as diving deep into alignment of postures through verbal cues and hands-on adjustments.

The experience with Alba, as a yoga teacher and as a person, is very positive. It makes me connect with my body and disconnect from the world in a very intimate and professional way. And furthermore, it adapts very well to your needs, always demanding as far as you can go, never more or less than that.
Had a session with Alba as I wanted to get a good flow going specifically for surfing. Alba gave me a great session and I will be doing more sessions with her for sure! Alba gives great instructions and is very informative and patient! Great session and a brilliant teacher.
