I'm a yoga teacher, finished my M.Sc in yoga from Madras University, teaching yoga for almost four years, also working as a yoga teacher in Bala Vihar Special Children School in Kilpauk, Chennai. Fees are negotiable, students can fix their fees.

My methodology of teaching is Hatha yoga style, starting with asanas, followed by pranayama, then meditation and yoga philosophy. When we bend our body, the flexibility increases, thereby flexibility in mind also increases. Yoga is nothing but a mind-balancing technique.

Perfect! Mr.Dinesh Kumar is an excellent teacher. He is fair and kind at the same time demands punctuality and effort. He is an outstanding in differentiating according to the skill level of the students.
