About Ishan
Hi, I’m Ishan, a professional Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist with 5+ years of experience in teaching yoga.
I have completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Yoga Therapy, which has given me a strong foundation in yoga, anatomy, movement, breathing practices, and therapeutic approaches.
My teaching style is personalized, practical, and student-focused. I believe yoga should be adapted to the individual rather than following the same routine for everyone.
I work with students from beginner to advanced levels and modify practices according to their experience, abilities, and goals.
I offer both online and offline classes, and my aim is to make every session comfortable, structured, and effective while helping students develop a consistent and sustainable yoga practice.

Classes are available both online and offline, with sessions ranging from basic to advanced levels.
