A certified yoga instructor and yoga therapist by passion with 5 years of teaching experience and have advanced training in Yoga Therapy(Disease related) approaches. I have done M.Sc in Yoga Therapy from S-Vyasa University, Bengaluru. Expertise in various yoga styles, Breathwork, mindfulness practices and meditation techniques. Comfortable in working with people of all ages and from different backgrounds. Possesses skills to modify the practice on demand based on the abilities or injuries of class participants. Committed to provide extensive instruction and counseling to clients, while motivating them to find true inner peace and their healthiest self.
