About Livia
I am a Biology tutor with over 4 years of experience and a BSc in Molecular Biology. My teaching blends scientific depth with curiosity about life’s wonders. I have a passion for ethology and animal behavior studies, using them to explain evolutionary psychology and behavioral ecology in clear and engaging ways. I love teaching about innate behaviors, learning processes, social structures, and communication in animals. These topics reveal how life adapts and thrives in diverse environments. My strength lies in analyzing animal adaptations and survival strategies, making lessons both informative and fascinating. My teaching approach to Biology is gentle, reflective, and deeply focused on the microscopic world. I bring curiosity and passion to subjects like microbiology, bacteria and viruses, disease transmission, immunology, and public health biology. I guide students to explore these topics in a way that feels personal and inspiring.
I focus on building strong foundations, making complex ideas simple and clear. Lessons are designed to connect theory with real-world examples, helping students see the relevance of microscopic life to everyday health and science. I encourage curiosity, asking questions, and exploring ideas together rather than just memorizing facts.
My methodology blends visual learning, interactive discussions, and practical examples. I integrate case studies, experiments, and current research to make lessons engaging and memorable. Students learn not only to understand pathogens and immunity but also to think critically about how science impacts public health.
