About Shrutiaman
Hi, my name is Shruti. I am a facilitator. Teaching has always been my passion because this is one profession where one has to be open to learn new things.
There is a lot of creativity, innovation and endless openings of learning. In this process you only grow.
Collaborating with new people, new ideas, new platforms is a different kind of happiness for me.It's not a one way process of imparting knowledge,it's like you always end up learning and growing.

Dealing with primary students, it's important to develop a good collaboration and inculcate team work. Experiential learning being the main focus of learning process. Keeping in mind that all are blessed with special traits.
I design and tailor the syllabus according to the need of individual. For me it's very important to know the social, emotional, intelligence and mindfulness of my students.
As,it's not only learning....it's more of character development.
