About Shweta
I hold an IYTTC 200-Hour Yoga Teachers Training Certificate by Yoga Alliance USA and the Indian Yoga Association,
I am also a certified Acupressure Healing Science practitioner & understand the body and its energy.
Over the last 10 years, I have taught 100+ students and specialize in authentic Hatha Yoga. My sessions are energetic and encouraging. I like to keep things moving, keep students motivated, and make sure no one ever feels lost or left behind.
I don't follow a fixed formula. Each session is built around the person in front of me, their body, their comfort level, and what they actually need that day. Some students come for stress relief, some for strength, some just to feel better in their own skin. All of that is welcome here.
What I really hope every student walks away with is a sense of emotional steadiness, that quiet feeling of being okay, no matter what the day has thrown at them. That, to me, is what yoga is truly for.

Yoga isn't just exercise, it's a conversation between your body, breath, and mind. I bring deep knowledge of authentic Hatha Yoga and multi-style practice to every session. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the very first time or looking to deepen an existing practice, you'll feel safe, supported, and never out of place here.
My teaching is rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga alignment principles, adapted thoughtfully to where you are today. Every session begins with a gentle warm-up to ease the body in, moves into carefully cued asanas focused on strength, flexibility, and correct alignment, and closes with guided meditation and deep relaxation so you leave feeling centered, not exhausted.
No two students are the same, which is why every session is built entirely around you. I offer safe modifications for injuries or physical limitations, track your progress with clear milestones, and weave stress management and mindfulness tools throughout practices you can carry into your daily life long after the session ends.
Classes are available online via video call or in-person at your home, so yoga fits around your life, not the other way around. If you're ready to feel stronger, calmer, and more at home in your own body your first lesson is the only step you need to take.
