About Cerys
I am a fluent speaker of both Italian and English, with a strong academic background and a passion for helping students succeed. I achieved a BA with First Class Honours and I am currently a Master’s student.
I studied A-Level English Literature, Classics, Art, and EPQ, which has given me a broad and well-rounded understanding of both essay-based and creative subjects. My academic experience allows me to support students not only with subject knowledge, but also with skills such as essay writing, analysis, revision techniques, and building confidence in their work.
As a tutor, I am patient, encouraging, and adaptable, and I enjoy working with students of different ages and abilities to help them reach their full potential.

My lessons are typically 30 minutes long, which works well for keeping students focused and productive, especially for younger learners. During each session, I aim to create a calm and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills at their own pace.
I have previous experience working with students across a wide age range, from primary school through to A-Level, and I am confident supporting learners aged 5–17. Whether they need help with homework, extra support in school subjects, or preparation for exams. I work with students from primary level up to A-Level, always aiming to make lessons clear, effective, and encouraging.
