About Loretta
I love teaching the importance of home economics in our everyday lives and being sustainable with our food and packaging. I love giving students knowledge in the functions of different foods for certain ailments and the importance of being able to cook healthy on a low budget.

Love the theory behind food, aspects of consumer studies and the interactions we have on a social basis. Elements of cookery are also very important and 40 minute lessons offered and I have nearly 20 years experience of teaching leaving cert home economics in Ireland.
