Classes are personalized depending on the intention of the practice
Develop your own personal practice that can be tailored towards your intentions and can be practiced on your own time
For asana/postural practice, I specialize particularly in inversion, backbending, arm balancing training.
Minimum commitment at least 2x/week over at least 1 month.
