About Finley
I’m a Human Kinetics student at the University of Ottawa with a strong background in anatomy, physiology, biology, and exercise science. I’ve also gained experience conducting health science research and working with scientific literature. I enjoy helping others understand challenging material and try to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. As a current university student, I also understand how stressful exams and difficult courses can be, and I’m happy to share the study strategies that have worked well for me.

My lessons are focused on making difficult concepts easier to understand rather than just memorizing information. I like to break topics down step-by-step, use examples, and adjust the lesson depending on how each student learns best. I can help with anatomy, physiology, biology, exercise physiology, and related subjects at both the high school and university level. I’m also happy to help with exam preparation, assignments, practice questions, or simply going over concepts that didn’t make sense in class.
