About Ahsan
I am a first class Geography Graduate from Lancaster University. I have a particular interest in environmental science, anthropology, history and economics (yes, Geography is more than just "colouring in"!). My degree consisted of many technical writing, essay writing and reporting assignments that I practiced consistently. I carried these skills into my professional job where I worked as a content writer and marketer for a tech company in London for 2 years. I have since left my job to travel the world, and teach English to make money as I go!
Writing is a huge part of my personal and professional life, where journaling, creative writing, and articulate public speaking have opened countless opportunities for me to grow in. After all, who doesn't love a well-told story?
In my free time, I compete in kickboxing, kayak down rivers or the sea, or can be found hiking in the lush jungles of Southeast Asia

I have experience in tutoring children up to GCSE level in England, and running effective classrooms through volunteering overseas in Fiji and Vietnam! As a first class Geography graduate from Lancaster University, I have developed effective study methods that I am keen to help students with. I am a qualified TEFL English Language Teacher that has worked in the marketing field for 2 years.
I can help you get the top grades in reading, essay writing, creative storytelling, literature and more. A typical session will last 1 hour, focussed on any particular learning outcome that the student needs help with. My preference is to teach students within the ages of 8 - 16.
