About Poulomi
I am a student of Jamshedpur Women's College. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Botany with first class in 2016-19. I later continued my Master of Science in Botany as well in 2019-2021. I got a first class with distinction in my Masters.
I started teaching when I was in my first year of college to earn some extra pocket money but then I realized my passion for teaching. I love to share my knowledge with students who are ready to gain some. I provide fun and engaging lessons that simplify learning. I also help students with their doubts and provide simpler explanations for a thorough understanding.

I engage students by asking questions and encouraging them to think critically and participate actively. I adapt my responses to match the student’s knowledge level and learning pace, providing customized explanations and examples. I try to break down complex topics into smaller, manageable parts for the student's better understanding.
I clear the class's objectives and what the students will learn by the end of the session. The sessions are always interactive with open questions to ask and clear their doubts. Also, exercises are provided to do them on their own and feedbacks are provided.
I ensure that my explanations are clear and take the time to rephrase or provide additional examples if something isn’t understood. I strive to create a positive and encouraging learning environment. I can adjust my teaching style based on the student's preferred learning method.
My classes are intended for class 6-10 students on any education board.
