About I am Juniper
I have taught yoga at many different venues from spiritual centers to fashion shows. That is how versatile the gift of yoga is and more and more professions are seeing how these tools can benefit them, their colleagues, businesses and family members. I am also an avid numerologist with knowledge pertaining to astrology so I can help you make and sustain a connection with the divine realizing that it has been within you this whole time and it will give you a whole new meaning of "Namaste."

After a couple of my classes you will have tools that you can use for the rest of your life. Yoga does not end once you get off the mat so we will make sure to incorporate the eight limbs of Yoga so that we can all be fully yoked. Yoga is meant to help us to bind ourselves back together from the fragmentation that occurs on this plane so combining pranayama, asanas and meditation we will get rid of disease whether it is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. Whether you are stuck in traffic, waiting in line or in a very stressful situation you will have the tools needed so that you can bring yourself back to your center.
