About Dibyesh
I have graduated from one of the leading Engineering institutes in India- IIT kanpur in 2005. For last 13 years, I have worked in various multinational companies in India and abroad. My passion however, remains the same and it's something that I absolutely loved in school - Mathematics. I still love going through Maths topics and teaching that to Mathematics enthusiasts and future mathematicians.

Relevance is the key - I believe that learning is incomplete if the student (or for that matter teachers as well) doesn't understand the relevance of the subject in day to day life. My way of teaching involves explaining the topic in such a way that the student starts relating to it and starts to believe that the topic can be mastered easily by applying some sense around it. It’s then that we actually start learning. It actually makes the learning simple and uncomplicated.
Assessment - Learning also involves periodic assessment and feedback. Objective of feedback is to ensure that student not only focusses on scoring marks but also gives importance to learning. This can be achieved by bridging the gap between what the student knows and what teacher taught and explaining the student which area he/she needs to improve.
Group discussion – Promoting group discussion among students so that they can share their learnings with each and correct each other’s mistakes.
