About Marina
I graduated from Indian yoga institute Yoga Vida Gurukul as a yoga teacher in 2012, and in 2024 I got a certificate as a yoga therapist there. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2012 worldwide, and now I am also teaching therapeutic yoga for specific needs.

I teach classic yoga including asanas, pranayama, bandha, shatkarma, concentration and meditation techniques. I believe that only practicing all these techniques at once can make a difference, can be considered as a real yoga approach and lead to definite outcomes.
