Through college, I took courses in classical physics, electricity and magnetism, quantum mechanics and relativity and the underlying mathematics required to find success in these classes. Understanding how the world around us works is crucial to predicting outcomes and it can also be a lot of fun! Classical physics can help create simulations and mental images of future events. Things like inertia, gravity, pulleys, moment arms and pendulums help us with accomplishing engineering tasks every day and understanding them can save a lot of effort, money and time. This is just a piece of the physics-driven universe around us.
