My name is Ashirvadam.i have done bachelor degree in yogic science from svyasa university.In today's busy life, people are becoming very week physically and mentally .In the face of minor problems they loose their temper,get frustrated,start living under pressure.yoga is not only give physical strength rather it is proven effective in keeping them mentally healthy as well.

In every session I include pranayama ,Asana and meditation.that keeps our body and mind healthy. I usually start session with some joint rotation practice..then cat pose breathing and some sitting pose ..then atleast 4 rounds of classical surya namaskar.. balancing and bending pose...then prone position Asanas and supine poses..then relaxation..then 5 to 15 ..min pranayama nad meditation.
